We’ve been listening for many decades about the inevitable future, where most of the human jobs are replaced by robots, and it’s true that the gradual shift from flesh and bone to robotic assistants is already evident. Such jobs may soon add to the position of a corporate HR, for which they have created a robotic substitute in Russia.

Behind the development of a robot that may be in the near future to decide on our next fate, there is a small Stafoy company. This shortly after the publication of their new invention, they came to the viewpoint of many prestigious companies such as PepsiCo, Ikea, or L’Oréal. A staffing robot, Vera, claims that it manages up to 90% of the job of a human personalist, and in some respects it should be even more precise – it can absolutely accurately evaluate the emotional expression of job candidates.

It should be noted that the robot is designed for the first round of admissions, including CV checks and the first interview in the form of a videoconferencing call via Skype and similar programs. Once the robots select candidates, they would move to the next round of interview with the management, where they would already be in contact with the human staff.

Vera does not exist physically. It is only a program that can sort out thousands of candidates for a short period of time and lead several job interviews at once. With an overview of your shyness, fear, anger, or dissatisfaction, and with a wide range of questions he / she has and can logically connect, Vera can talk to you exactly as the company needs.
